Rhenus r meta FS71 (download
PDF) is a water-miscible coolant based on high content mineral oil. It is suitable for multi-purpose machining applications including grinding operations for cast iron, steels and aluminium alloys.
The high oil content gives the product a high lubricating effect with excellent stability, low drag out losses and good sump life.

FU50w PDF) is a multi-purpose mineral oil MWF suitable to use for heavy duty machining operations of steel and non-ferrous metals and is particularly advantageous for use in machining centres. Low foaming tendency with various water hardness demonstrating good aluminium thread cutting and MAPAL reaming.
FU50 is a finely dispersed emulsion that offers long sump life and low drag out loss, and operates well on all materials.
Machining of all materials 6% - Rhenus r meta FF50W
is a multi-purpose coolant suitable for heavy-duty machining operations on steel and non-ferrous metals. Excellent when used in transfer lines and production facilities with exceptional machining performance on aluminium including tapping and MAPAL reaming.
The high resistance to bacterial effect gives the product very good sump life again with low drag out loss.

PDF) is a water miscible EP based MWF based on mineral oil and is a second generation amine free fluid offering a wide range of application and maximum protection for the operator and machine.
R-Cool-S-Plus is very well suited to critical component manufacture with extremely good results when deep hole drilling, boring and chipless forming. The high EP additive extends tool life whilst affording good sump life with a low pH value.

Rhenus r meta TS30 PT (download PDF) is a water miscible semi-synthetic fluid based on amines and boric acid for universal machining under any condition. Suitable for machining most materials including grey cast iron TS30 PT demonstrates excellent flushing capabilities, and being low foaming it also suitable for grinding operations.
Due to the high EP content long tool life and cleaner machines are a result of the good washing action. Good skin tolerance and easy removal of tramp oil make this product generally universal.
